HOW IT WORKS

EVENT & QR CODE TICKETS

Whether you’re attending an event or organizing one, Cloora makes ticket management simple, secure, and paperless.

Step 1:
Find an Event

Browse upcoming events on Cloora and select the event you’d like to attend.

Step 2:
Choose Your Ticket

Select the ticket type that best fits your needs.

Examples:
  • General Admission
  • VIP Pass
  • Day 1 Ticket
  • Day 2 Ticket
  • 3-Day Pass

Step 3:
Complete Your Purchase

Proceed to checkout and complete your payment using the available payment methods. Make sure to upload the screenshot of your online payments/transfer so we can validate.

Step 4:
Receive Your Digital Ticket

Once your payment is confirmed, your ticket will be available in your Cloora account.

Each ticket includes:
  • Unique Ticket ID
  • Secure QR Code
  • Event Information
  • Ticket Holder Details

Step 5:
Access Your Tickets Anytime

Log in to your Cloora account and visit My Tickets to view all purchased tickets.

No need to print anything!

Step 6:
Present Your QR Code at the Event

On the day of the event, simply show your QR code to the event staff for scanning.

Step 7:
Instant Verification

The system will instantly verify your ticket and display its status.
(Valid Ticket, Already Used, Cancelled, Refunded, or Inactive)

Some events requires to scan your Cloora QR also, to verify you’re the legitimate purchaser of the ticket. This prevents ticket reselling and hoarding.

Step 8: Enjoy the Event

Once verified, you’re ready to enter and enjoy the event.
